Andre Garcia
Born in the Philippines in 1985, I immigrated with my family to the U.S. in 1991. My earliest artistic inspirations came from anime films and 90s Cartoons. Art runs in the family; my father, Orlando, an architect and lifelong artist, profoundly influenced my work, especially through his watercolor portraiture. After developing my skills through high school and college art courses, in 2006 I pursued a tattoo apprenticeship to enter the industry. Once completed I began tattooing professionally in 2008. I am dedicated to continuous artistic growth and constantly pushing myself to refine my skills, while also creating a welcoming space for clients who share a passion for art and tattooing.
Specialization
Currently, as a Tattoo Artist, my specialties are deeply rooted in the art forms I have long admired: Japanese/Asian Style Tattooing (Irezumi), Anime/Manga Tattoos, and themes inspired by Gaming and Nerd Culture. I was drawn to the Japanese style out of a profound appreciation for Japanese art and culture, specifically the dynamic power these tattoos possess and their ability to flow and complement the contours of the body.

Lynnz Perry
I have been tattooing professionally since 2019. I am a published illustrator and graphic designer who has shown in galleries across the country. My work is influenced by my love of street art, animation, illustration, and bold dynamic patterns. Blending styles and opposing concepts is my specialty. Tattooing is a way to not only share art with the world but allow our clients to become artists themselves. I aim at providing the most hospitable and relaxing environment for all who grace my chair.
Pony
I am K. “Pony” Goodwin, a professional tattoo artist in the Sacramento, CA area. I specialize in colorful, custom illustrative pop culture and cartoon tattoos, believe in Bigfoot, and think you should close Pinterest on your phone and look at my flash.
Some of my favorite subjects to draw and tattoo include Neotraditional animals, birds, fantasy creatures, comic book and video game characters, and cartoon characters. I’m a Trekkie, and a huge fan girl of My Little Pony, Steven Universe, Bob’s Burgers, BoJack Horseman, and many other cartoons. I love nerding out with my clients!
I started my apprenticeship on Halloween of 2011, and have been tattooing since late 2012. Tattooing is such a positive experience for me and I pride myself on being welcoming and supportive of my clients. I am proudly non-binary (she/her or they/them) and queer. The LGBTQI+ community is welcome in my chair!
